what program do i use??

i want to edit a few waypoints for my tele npc and i need to know what program i use to edit the dll file globalnpc.dll i have microsoft c++ program but it wont let me open it

First of all, way points are done in the DB. Second, you need to get the un-compiled version of the script you want, it can be found in the SVN of your core.

You need the cpp source of it.

Like thespidey said you need a cpp source. For the waypoints you can write .waypoint and click enter in-game t see a list of the waypoints commands.
Ex. .waypoint show
.waypoint delete
.waypoint add
.waypoint addfly
.waypoint save

ok ty by waypoints i didnt mean walking way points i should have been more clear i mean the tele waypoints i want to change the coordinates
