Can this help with Vista Port Blocks?

Control Panel\System and Maintenance\Administrative Tools\Windows Firewall with Advanced Security

I was just curious cause there is a lot of stuff in there. I'm no Genius so i was wondering if anyone knew a loop hole to work in here to allow Non-Hamachi/Non-Router Connections for Modems

    Wrong section.

I'd suggest turning off your firewall if you plan on hosting a server.

Do you Run Vista,, And not wrong Section. It's general cause I'm asking for General Information regarding the Access of Private Servers on a Vista Computer. Disabling Firewalls doesn't simply work... You'd hear about it all the time if you actually looked.
Now this has a Bunch of tcp/udp and networking info in it Disabled. and i have not touched it, and my comp is fairly New. So, Maybe vista comes standard with port Blocks.

Actually it belongs in the "Emulator Questions" section.

And if you're talking about the need to open ports, you need to go into your router settings.

It's not a question. I could care less about this...cause i have a Tunnel, but for Vista users, They have trouble port forwarding even without a router in the way.

If they don't have a router they shouldn't have to port forward - from my experience.

They should try using their router's DMZ function, if theirs has one.

Personally I've never had a problem port forwarding on vista :v
