Server Mysql Error

When I start the mysql located in the server folder, I get this error.

The repack needs to be located at C:/

Ok, the mysql works, however when I try to start logon and realm, I get this.

Make sure that your firewall isn´t blocking anything and that you are not running a program that is blocking the port(skype, etc...).

Are you trying to make the server public? And if so did you correctly forward ports?
