Mysql Error

I'm trying to compile my own server, and i cant seem to get the MySQL Configuration to work. it goes through the first 2 configurations successfully but when it came down to the start service, it had an error stating:

Could not create windows service for MySQL. Error: 0

I tryed reinstalling MySQL but that didnt work, im new to this MySQL thing so I'm not familiar on how to reinstall it properly. Can someone please help me!!

Try to run the Instance Configurator, if it's correct you'll get the option to reconfigure or remove an existing service. Try to remove any mysql service that you have running. After that uninstalled and try again

Go to the start menu press run

type in the following: sc remove mysql

then run the Instance Configuator you can find it here:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\MySQL\
