Talent points not working....

I'm using ArcEmu r2496, 3.1x, talent points are not working, when you level. none are given.. until you go to the class trainer and reset...but then i have talents , but can't actually use them plz help if you can. lol, just set this thing up 2 days ago..

one other query if i may, everytime i log out, the server shuts down, how do i keep this from happening?

and yes.. everytime i log out of my in-game account, the whole server shuts down... and yea.... talent points not working>< damn u beta ARCemu...
