Need some help with making T8 items (ArcEmu)

I am completly confused about making items for my server :S im trying to make a custom T8 but have no idea how every time i ask people they just call me retarted and dont talk to me if someone could help me out with this, i'd be very helpful i have a hamachi network if you wanna talk more...directly :

Network : JackTheWoW
Password : 123

please help me out! +++ALSO+++ please dont flame if this was somewhere else, i did a quick scan of the forums, and didn't find anything useful

1) Download Navicat Navicat Oracle, MySQL Admin Tool - the World's Best Oracle Manager, MySQL GUI & PostgreSQL GUI for Windows, Linux & Mac OS X - Download Now! Support Access to MySQL, Excel to MySQL, MySQL editor, MySQL administrator, MySQL frontend, MySQL manager, ph
2) Open your Database through Navicat.
3) Open your "World" Database
4) Drag your Batch-Files into the window.
5) When something pops up, click run.
6) Go ingame and add your Custom items to your backpack.
