Interface folder?

Hi,

I recently clean installed WoW up to 3.0.9. I am using MaNGOS 3.0.9 server. I have some problem with my Interface folder. When I start up the game and log in, the Interface and AddOns folders are not created, so I don't have an Interface folder. The weird thing is, when I press the addons button when I log in, all the Blizzard addons are there. I even created an Interface and an AddOns folder inside it, and the problem is not fixed.

And when I log out and log back in, almost no preferences are saved (like click-to-move, camera distance, chat stuff, etc.). Also, when I press Esc to see the menu, I get the error, "Blizzard_TimeManager has been blocked from an action only available to the Blizzard UI you can disable this addon and reload UI."

The thing is, this started happening after I had a hard drive crash and I had to fresh install WoW. Before the hard drive crash, it would happen when my girlfriend played on my server from her computer (her copy is fresh-installed), but it would not happen on my computer (my copy of WoW had been there for years).

Can someone who has 3.0.9 zip up your Interface folder and upload it somewhere where I can download it? I think once I have that folder with all the Blizz AddOns, it will be fixed. Or if someone else knows the solution, please let me know!
