WhyDB question...

hi all:wave:,
i'm using arcemu 3.0.9 and RivalDB, i don't wanna use Arcemu 3.1.3 cuz it's not really stable with the patched ones and so on, so i think i'll stay on 3.0.9 till Arcemu releases it.
So i have 2 questions:
1st: I want to know if RivalDB is not updating their DB, cuz, i'm staying n the DB for hearthstone and Arcemu for a while without being updated.
2nd: May you teach me how to install WhyDB with the change sets, cuz they have alot of them and don't know what i have to install first.
THe tool.bat is there, but, do i have to extract all changesets and write from 1 to 70?

1. RivalDB has a ArcEmu database but they are not updating it anymore.
2. You don´t need to install the changesets, they have likely been added to the main database already :P
