DBC's invalid file format

When i run world.exe when it get to the part where it loads the .dbc files on the spells.dbc and a few other it sais invalid file format and just sais that like 1000x times...not sure why

any help would be nice =)

You either:
a.) Do not have the correct DBC files for your emulator
b.) Have outdated or too updated (For example 3.1.3 DBCs for ArcEmu - which supports 3.0.9)

Where would i go about getting the "right" ones?

Download arc emu's latest revision and compile the Mpqe files in there to extract your own or i suppose download a repack for the correct version you have and use theirs.

i have latest revision and did the mpqe thing and that when i got teh error

The core is not for the client you're running. It may be the old version 3.0.9 in the SVN and your client being 3.1.*.

Get a 3.0.9 client or get the branch.
