[Question / Help] Port foward

I am using a NETGEAR router and having trouble port fowarding to make my server online, there is port triggering and port fowarding on my router...Whats the difference and what are all the ports needed to be open so I can make sure I got them all, every site I check says different stuff..I have ArceEmu

I'm not quite sure what the difference is but the needed ports are:

* 3724 (Realmlist)
* 8129 (World)
* 80 (Webserver [not required])
* 8000 (WAMP [not required])
