Faction Data: Where the hell is it?

Okay,

On my testing server i accidentally made myself unfriendly with the Kirin Tor. I didnt really care ( and still dont, not the topic of this post), but it got me thinking. Why are there no GM commands, DB table, etc that deal with Factions and Reputation. The system is a big part of the game, even after a peek in the source code i cannot figure out where all that important data goes! If anyone has any idea or knows anything i am really curious.

use a dbceditor to read faction.dbc

There are commands to mod the faction stuff, theres one to mod the id of a factiont to X amount of rep on all emulaters, but I forget what it is!
If you screwed up your rep, on ArcEmu you can do .char resetrep, not sure about Aspire but you should be able to do something similer.
