WPE Pro (Non damaged link please)

Ok so i need Wpe Pro and i know there are a few other topic on mmowned about this but the link on those are broken or same as the offical website (Winsock Packet Editor (WPE) Pro) which doesnt work because when i download it it says the file is broken and cant open it. I got winrar. Turned of all anti-virus programs and it still says its broken when i download it. Also ive searched all around google and theres loads of other website linking to the orignal download link so that doesnt work either. So im asking someone to make a new winrar / zip archive and put the required files in it for wpe pro and upload it. Thx.

Btw ive also tested it on 4 other computers in my house and its the same problem and tested on firefox, Gooogle chrome and internet explorer none of them work. So someone please?
