Help my friend can not connect to my server

I am making a 1.12.1 mangos server and my friend can't connect to it (i am using hamachi)
He can however connect to my 3.1.3 server
It keeps hanging on connect and then says disconnected from server
I changed the ip to the hamachi ip in the realm db

I can connect, and I set my realmlist to my hamachi ip to make sure


anyone have a clue as to whats making it mess up?

One. Never double post. Ever.
Two. "1.12.1". Compare that to 3.1.3. Do the numbers match? No. Your friend needs to drop all the way down to 1.12.1, if he wants a chance to join this server of yours. That's all I can really say. He'll also have to downgrade, to the basics of WoW. Before any of this expansion crap existed.

No I specifically told him to install 1.12.1
(He has a bootcamp mac, 3.1.3 is on his mac side and 1.12.1 is on his windows side)
He installed 1.12.1 the same way I did (vanilla disks, 1.11, 1.12, 1.12.1)

You lost me at Bootcamp. If you're messing with different PC's, I can't really help you. Mac's are my fault point. Never messed with 'em before..But if he did it the same way, and connected via Hamachi, he should be good to go, no problems involved.

What I'm saying is that he tried connecting using 1.12.1 and thats what isn't working
