Can't Connect to my server?

I recently made my my server (some have you have probably seen my post about me recruiting people for ithttp://www.mmowned.com/forums/requests/234937-recruiting-admins-gms-devs.html)...and I'm having a little problem. I just got a repack and extracted the maps blah blah. Right now I'm using hamachi and had one of my friends change the realmlist to my hamachi ip. The problem is he can log in but he gets this error like if your not on the right patch. Where is says retrieving character list then goes back to the realm list. If joo helpz i give u'z a cookie >_<
