Teleporter plz help

hello , sorry for my english i`m from romania
I have a little problem with the teleporter i`ve tried to put a npc teleporter in my server (arcemu r533) but it doesen`t work the lua script is enabled
I don`t have a scripts folder but i have a lua folder :-?? when i spawn the npc teleporter i can speak to him but he doesen`t have a menu .....
I`ve tried to make a scripts folder and put the lua there but still doesen`t work plz help ....
