We´ve a problem with our private server. (repack, 3.1.1) Everytime someone logs out or disconnect their talents reset.

Try making an LUA scripted item that has the option to save thier character.
Have you tried doing .save charnamhere ?
Also check your MYSQL-NT CMD window for errors, Are you getting playertalents has crashed?
IF so usually comes from modding talent points.

Yea i've checked the talent table and it's marked as crashed =O I can repair it with MySQL but after a while it just crashes again.. and I don't have any idea how to make LUA scripts.. never dont that before + that im using hearthstone so I don't know if LUA works with it.. even if i enable it in the config files =]

Would be great if you could explain me modding the talent table and/or making LUA Scripts!

You can't use LUA with Heartstone.
