Good 3.0.9 Repack - Arcemu?

Is there any good 3.0.9 repacks out there? Just regular, no fun server. I already have quests and custom mall from my old one. The old one im using in Johveds. It's alright but not that great. None of the WOTLK raids or instances work. Most of Northrend creatures are spawned. Alot of items don't exist. Etc

I'm looking for one that has all (preferably) if not at least most of the WOTLK raids working, so I can spawn or go to EoE, OS, etc. With most items like the Proto Drakes and etc.

And I'm looking for some to hopefully help me with a teleporter NPC. I need a link and help setting it up. And if no trouble help me set up a link in the NPC with a way to get to my mall :]
