Best emulator for 3.1.1?

I am currently using Aspire Hearthstone core for 3.1.1. Very buggy >_<
I can't find any MaNGOS emus for 3.1.1
I have a repack that is ManGOS, but it is 3.1.0
Is there a way to change the max build? if not, can someone tell me where I can find a 3.1.1 mangos repack? i have searched all over but havent found one.

dont use repacks ewww... Just get a really good db. I believe PSDB or something of that matter is really good for mangos. I have never used mangos...

MaNGOS is 3.1.1 but currently it's under testing. I'm worried about the character wipe personally >.<
