My freinds cant connect to the server :(

Hi i am using the ac web repack without hamachi and when my freinds try to connect it just says - connecting then goes to - loads of random letters and Unable to connect.
Pls help

What you could do is use the Mangos repack by 711 (in my opinion, one of the least buggy repacks out there). I wrote a guide for setting one up with or without Hamachi. You can find it here.

If you have a router or means of forwarding (opening) your server's ports, yes you can. Use search, and 2 posts above you clearly stated you can do it WITH or WITHOUT hamachi...
