    finding 3.1 sound Ids

    I am wondering How I can find the updated sound Ids for patch 3.1

    I would like to script some Ulduar bosses but, I cant without the Sounds the bosses make. Thanks

    Download MyWarcraftStudio or MpqE and then open local-Enus.mpq in the data folder. Then, from the DBFilesClient folder, open SoundEntries.dbc and browse the sound entries.

    Maybe MyWarcraftStudio isn't updated for 3.1.1? I dunno ^^

    Usually these lits pops up as soon as a patch have been given, unless it wasn't changed at all.

    Alright thanks Gastric. I looked in my dbc files but I didn't look into sound entries for some some reason.
    +Rep x2 I just cant fight XT002 Deconstructor without hearing his voice =)

    Mywarcraft studio reads the data from your MPQ file. So if you have updated to 3.1.1 then it reads data from 3.1.1.
    But you are right, sometimes MyWarcraftStudio gives error when reading because of some new stuff (not 100% sure what it is) and the program needs to be updated. But I have used older versions of MyWarcraftStudio on newer patches.
