Urgent Help Needed! SQL messed up server

UPDATE `quests` set `RemoveQuests` = "" WHERE `RemoveQuests` IS NULL;

Before I used that, all my quests worked fine, now it shows EVERY quest for every single person, no matter what level they are, saying it's low level, and then can accept, but once completed, cannot click "complete" as it's grey'd out. This is affecting every quest.

Turn it back with the same command but reverted. If it doesn't work you should made just take it from a backup if you have any, otherwise just remake the whole table.
