Can't login to my server! Gets stuck at Connected

I got a 3.1.1 (Uldar not scripted) ArcEmu server public and working but if I try to connect with anything newer than 3.0.9 I can't get on. It doesn't say "Unable to validate game version." but it logs on, goes to 'Connected' then suggests the realm and gets stuck after that. It just says 'Connected' and sits there if I hit cancel it goes to the realm list. My configs are setup to work with 3.1.1 and all the ports needed are forwarded. Can anyone help? If you want to try and connect to see if I did something else wrong the website is shadesofwarcraft.servegame.org

Have u updated the dependencies to 3.1?

I've had this problem before. Try going into Navicat (if you don't have it, download it here). Open realmd (or your server's equivalent) and then open the table called realmlist. Make sure it says "shadesofwarcraft.servegame.org" under the heading "address".
