How do you set one up?

I have AC Web Ultimate Repack 8.0 and it says it comes with one, I have gone to worldbroadcast database and made one, with an interval of 100 seconds, and nothing is popping up. I have even updated the config file to support this.

Any help would be great!

If you talking about a scrolling broadcast, look in your Navicat or w/e you use under the world DB and there should be a table called broadcast, you can type w/e you want, restart server then it will scroll like every 5 - 10mins.

Hmm, yes, I've done this, but it doesn't broadcast. I put it on for every 100 seconds, just to test it, and nothing happens.

Make sure all your DLLs are loading correctly

Also make sure you've enabled your world broadcasting in the config files.... Older thread I know but others who read this might not know that.

As the other's say go into the worldbroadcast table and make a new row.
then in the arcemu-optional.conf/ascent-optional.conf change the:
<CommonSchedule AutoBroadCast = "1"
BroadCastInterval = "10"
BroadCastTriggerPercentCap = "2"
BroadCastOrderMode = "0">

Now change the BroadCastInterval = "10" to BroadCastInterval = "XXX"
change the XXX to a number. i got mine at 99 but it announces a bit often. try change it to a bit higher than 100 and you should be good to go =)
