Abyss WoW Alpha Databases?

Like the topic says, does it exist any databases for the WoW alpha?

Like spawned creatures, npcs etc?

Is there someway to add this?

There wasn't any emulator before the release of wow..

So, isn't Abyss an emulator? o_o I'm running it now, and running around checking out cities etc in the old Alpha...
Or does Abyss serve as another purpose?
