ARCEMU-World.exe error?!

Hey I really need some help here guys!

I am trying to compile my own server, i am trying to execute arcemu-world but i get the error

how can i fix this????

Do you have the dbc files for 3.0.9? If not, I can upload mine for you. You need them for the server to function.
