CANT SAVE HOST FILE (for public private server) menu

    CANT SAVE HOST FILE (for public private server)

    OK I am just stuck and I need help ASAP please whenever I try to save my hosts file in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc it says

    cannot create the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file

    make sure the path and file name are correct
    AHHHHH its so frusterating I got windows VISTA so please help thank you.
