About modifying a repack

I'm basically a noob when it comes to making a private server. :yuck: Making one from scratch isn't working, so I guess repacks would be fine for me since there's everything one needs. But I wonder, is it possible to modify a repack that someone has made? I'm interested of making a little server for me and a couple of siblings, I would maybe add quests or modify existing ones, translate some to my native language and such. Can I do this with a repack, and if yes, how?

Yes you can. You make new items and new quests inside the Database. I am in a hurry so I can't give you a guide, really sorry.

The only thing you cant do with a repack is anything involving C++. Thats updating, core fixing/editing, and the script_bin folder. Look in the guides section, theres loads of guides on creating npc's, quests and stuff, or search.
