Help with custom NPC

Hi, I've decided to make NPC for my server.
When I am editing my DB with navicat because I want to add a NPC it says like this:
1206 - Field info_str doesn't have a default value.

Should I use another Db editor or still stick to navicat?

Fill out the field with 0 instead of nothing then. If you use a SQL file please post it.

I've tried and it still gives me the error. :S

Then enter it in manually. Many of these DB programs don't accurately represent the data type of that field, so you get errors like this.
