People unable to connect to world server

Im using ArcEmu and its the oddest thing, they are able to connect through the login server, so they are log in, but when it comes to log into the world at the realm select screen they start to log into the server then flash back to the realm select screen. I am however able to connect to the world.

I'm using a Hamachi address to host, if that's of any significance. I'm running the realm.config through my DNS and my realm list is set to the Hamachi address.

Any help anyone can suggest would be great appreciated!

I had this same problem and it had to do with the config files. would you post yours for me please and I will see what I can do. the problem ended up being with the realms.conf file you need to have one of the the first IP 127.0.0.1 and the second one needs to be your hamachi IP I believe.
