How to start a server in another computer

I have a problem =/ my Internet is a little slow at the moment, so my friends get too much lag when the are playing. So I was wondering is there is a way to start the logonserver.exe and arcemu.exe in my friend computer, like conecting to mine, and if that would change anything, cuz he haves a pretty fast internet =]

Yeah, easy. Just update the IP address in your config file to his ip's and update your realmlist.wtf

Ohh =] it looks simple ^^ .... but I'm using no-ip, so should I just upgrade the host with his IP? And I also have that thing of one server for online, and one for LAN like this:

Well you can get your external ip by going to whatismyip.com

yeah Nightmare I know I already have the server online, with the 192.168.0.1** in INTERNAL IP and I created a DNS host at NO-IP for my external IP, what I mean is if I should put MY FRIEND'S IP so the server would be started in HIS PC, cuz his internet is faster =P

Yeah thats what he means, Well Cello you could just put your server in winrar and pass it to him. Then he just edits the configuration files!!

EDIT: DarkSoul/Nightmare - yea, but I want to have access to the configs files and the database constantly, cuz he doesn't actually knows how to make and configure a server >.<

Well, install VNC or a backdoor on to his PC and you'll have access to the Configs.
The MySQL server can be run from your computer w/o the speed effecting the server much.

Could you please just tell me how do I run the MySQL here, and the arcemu server there?

Install the MySQL server on your PC, add the DBs and tables.
Then do the above and config the server with the mySQL stuff, then give your friend the files/zip and tell him to run it.
Done!

In the server configs, edit the MySQL host location settings, uname/pass and DB to match your PC and MySQL settings. That is all.
