How to start a server in another computer

Still not working ... I have done all this:

(My PC)
->Open ports (3306)
->Add user (rafa@%)
->Add user (rafa@HamachiIp)
->When configuring MySQL I did enable both Path way and Enable root Machines things...

(His PC)
->Open ports
-> When try to put Hamachi IP, "Can't Connect to MySQL server on (my hamachi IP)"
-> When puts my External IP, "Access denied for user rafa@% using password YES"

->MySQL's password in my computer is "ascent" and that is what he is using (also is the PW I put when "Add user")

Plzzzz I already did read tons of tutorials and did just like it was said but still getting these errors!

I use the DB starter bat. file you know ... and I was getting another error so I though that might would be the problem. but I have tried using normal MySQL server with root machine enabled in configuration, but then I got the two messages I mentioned above ¬¬

Anyone could help? I'm rlly desesperated after this >.<

... hmm.... if you're using hamachi, that computer who's hosting it needs to be in same hamachi network as the server.
When puts my External IP, "Access denied for user rafa@% using password YES"... you need to get your public ip, What Is My IP Address? - IP Address Lookup, Internet Speed Test, IP Info, plus more

I already have him in my Hamachi network, and when I say External IP I mean the "Whats My IP site" IP ..... so I've already done this .... still not work xPPPPPPPPPP

Any more ideas????!!???

Your hamachi passes your router, which means that you dont need the port open.

make sure your firewalls are off, and go over rmeote assistance to do the settings yourself,

its impossible for him not to connect if its an allowed user, your in the same haamchi network and nothing is stopping it + the user/pass/IP are ok, its not possible


if you have port 3306 open, then add your external IP as a user (manage users, host = your IP and give him all permissions), that way its got to connect even if hamachi doesnt.

either that or your ISP blocks 3306
