Well i remember i was developing a level 29 twink server and i have the sql files around here. Ill look for them. But you should just create the vendors yourself

ya you could just go to wow-v.com and make some custom vendors

The vendor tool on wow-v is broken. You'll have to use mob/npc.

Then execute it into database and do .npc vendoradditem <id>

Takes a while xD
