How do i sent mail like a GM?

Ive done this before by adding an item but i cant remember what the item was. I want to be able to send an in-game mail like blizzard does with the customer service backround and stuff.

Easy, add this to yourself: http://thottbot.com/i18154 (.char additem 18154 or .additem 18154) and when you send mail it will have the blizzard icon in the background.
