patching

i was wondering if there is a way to have custom patches download when people logon to your server just like the official blizz patches i was told you can but cant seem to find how to anyone know if it is possible?

ibe heard of a program called noggit, which allows you to change the maps of your server but to be able to see it the patch has to be downloaded, im not sure if this was what you meant?

personally ive never used the program, just read about it in a few posts, maybe its somthign you could look into
