[HELP!] Cant hit NPC's menu

    [HELP!] Cant hit NPC's

    Please Any1 help me!
    I got a huge problem. when i am over lvl 80 and fights a boss npc then i miss all the time. its really annoying and i've tried to stop it but still not a single hit!

    If you look to C -> Skills -> Weapon Skills, do you see the skill for the weapon you are using (i.e. dagger or sword)? As thats sometimes bugged, you can resolve it with .char learnskill

    Dude i got 400 on every skill. this happens only when i'm above 80.
    I dont think it has to do something with the Weapon skills.

    You can try .char advanceallskills 999 OR You can go to your configs and wher it says the Stats you can try and make it so they go with you up to level 255

    No don't do that xD that is bugged from 80+ just make an item that improves Hit rating by a lot like 500. Make it a bag or somthing, this way it doesn't take up a trinket or a ring spot

    BTW you could also make the monsters level 80 and make them Bosses so people don't know what level they are

    Shapeshifters Signet. You need a +1 (or higher) of weapon expertise.

    I guess i could :S but i want them as normal NPC's and in that case i cant even hit Bosses! Even with alot of Hoit Rating and things :S

    is there armor high? if so that might be the problem. try checking that.

    The Armor is set to 0 on most of the NPC's.

    Change the level of a npc.
    Level 255 mob when your level 80 = miss/parry/resist everything.
    Level 80 mob when your level 80 = everything is normal.
    Level 77 mob when your level 80 = Hit and crit better than normal.
    Level 83 mob when your level 80 = resist/parry/miss more often but not all the time.
    Almost all retail bosses are 3 levels above the cap of when they were made, e.g ragnaros 63, illidan 73, and malygos 83.
    Hope this helps a bit.
    The fact that your level cap is level 255, your stats are for at level 80 still. You need to do a lot of editing to be able to actually hit.
    I advsie you either make really powerfull gear to be able to hit them by increasing your stats loads or change the mobs so they have a low level.

    One possibility which comes to mind is, try editing the "Gen level cap" to 255. This is the level in which your stats will go to, so if you set it to 70 people would stop getting skills when above level 70.

    WOW! this almost worked! now i can hit but not really often.
    Although i really need a way to hit almost any attack i use.

    Im tellin ya, on my server we had to add +1 expertise to almost every weapon. We had the same issue. Get yourself the shapeshifter's signet ring, max your skills and go to town. Also, are your skills maxing at 450? or do they go all the way up and scale like they should.

    Even editing the gen level cap without a core edit will cap skills at 450. This is becuase they are hardcoded at 450 insteaed of being (playerlevel * 5).

    Log In

    This hopefully should help. Don't forget to add an item that has weapon expertise on it however. Use the two in conjunction and your on your way to a funserver!

    I dont Have a Trunk Folder. i got ArcEmu from Johved. I use the 3.0.3 Upgraded Repack. But i dont got any trunk or src folder in my ArcEmu folder.
    But am i just gonna add The Expertise stats to the weapons?

    In order to support life above lvl 80, your gonna have to compile your own core. Plain and true, or find a repack that supports 80+.
