[Help] Website creates accounts with acct 0?

As the title says, all the different account signup pages i've tried creates the account with the acct "0". This causes them to be "the same account" and share characters aso.
Seriously need some assistance : ).

I'm guessing when you create a new account on your website instead of make them all 0, make it +1. (Adding one)
