Help! Reimport database, w/o losing work!

Hello again
Guys I'm really desesperated... after I aplied some changesets in the database, some things just stopped working, such as barber shop chairs, and the elevators to thunder bluff .... and I don't know what happened so I think I should try reimporting the database .... but I have a lot of custom stuff already!

Custom Game objects and NPCs spawned, and I really don't want to need to make everything again :yuck:

How can I, you know, save my custom stuff??? :confused: There are already some players in my server, and that is very annoying xP
So please if someone could gimme a hand over here! I would really appreciate it!!!

For me I always make my custom content as high numbers, then if I need to update, I can export the table I want to update; delete all the stuff I don't want (all the stuff I want till be at the bottom as it's highest id's) then re-import again when your done.

To do this in sqlyog - Right click on the table, export as sql dump, check sql file, export.
To import in sqlyog - Right click on the database, restore from sqldump, choose your file, execute.

Hope this helps a little bit. All servers have this problem with updating and losing hard work
