A custom map.
Now theres been a lot of dicussion, pages and pages, of custom content like this. Basically you cant to be simple, or if you do you need to do a lot of hard work and make everyone who wants to play your server download a patch.
A simple method:
Go to your worldmap_info table and start teleporting to those locations, for example ".worldport map x y z, .worldport 1 50 50 5", if it says instance not found or something you need to edit the data to get it to work. If you get in and your stuck in nothing'ness you need to try different coords on the same map as your off the map if you understand.
Once your there just make what you want to make then make a portal so players can get there, it's not a good idea to start trying to make your own maps unless your going to play with 1-2 players.

it did but see its only admins and GMS only so doesnt matter 4 of us versus like 50 or 100 players who cant get to the place ima make em at

If you want it so that only certain people can get it, you can make a C++ script that will not allow people within a certain range of coordinates or a zone. (Check for player's account flags upon entering zone)

I like to use the box Testing and add GO's to it ( .worldport 29 0 0 -70 ) Or using the Ruins of lorderon arena area.
