Publicing my server! Help fast!

Well I made my server public for about 3 days ago and it worked well. The Website worked and making accounts and to set realmlist to mine website name. But now I'am at my dad and want to make it pubic here to. So I just changed my dyndns Ip adress like I did be4. Also I changed my host in c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts
to the ip address i got at my dad. So than I opened up apache and tried to go into my website it didnt connect to it.
But when I tested to write in localhost in my browser it worked. But not in website. So Some1 know how to do really need help.

The website name is http://thenorthrend.servegame.org/home.php so you know if that helps.
Also the server is able to be logged on to. Just the website dont work.

Why wouldn't you just leave it up at your... Other parents, and then just play it from your dads?
