what is the best core program to run

i have a trinitycore server up and running 2.4.3 and i am trying to get a 3.0.3 server running... i have seen the mangos one but its not fully operational and i cant get help with finding how and where in the db to fix quests and things that aren't working .. eg teleports in death knights start point ... and no quests in start point...

i want to be able to contribute to the server but i am a nooooooob when it comes to programing i have only just found how to look at the .dbc files ... thanks to this website so now i can look and see what does what ... e.g. a quest thats not working from strangthornvale placing the pike in the hinterlands ... the spell it calls upon dosen't place the pike to complete the quest....

i want to try and get it all working .... like the blizz site ... and i would like to know what ppl think is the best core and db to use

If not MaNGOS, then I'd suggest using AspireCore at aspiredev.org or Arcemu at arcemu.org using the database NCDB at nc-db.info :P

nc-db.info is disabled ... where do i get the ncdb from now
