I've wondered HOW do i make a repack from scratch
and i dont mean how to make the first mob in SQL
But how to make the whole deal can anyone show me or teach it to me ?

If you new to emulation (Under 6 months of XP I would not recommend doing it as you probably are not advanced enough for people to even download). Also, people are really sick of Repacks, because the user cannot update them and they're too many.
