making custom quests

i've been searching this board (and google :P) for hours now, and i can't seem to find a detailed ArcEmu guide on how to make custom quests. +Rep for help

Easiest way to make quests is to download the latest version of Fde or Ade or whichever its going by atm as it does work for the quests and usually the item aspect of it.. The Creating a NPC aspect of it results in a bug atm i believe.. Should be able to find it fairly easily using the search function.
