Friends can't connect to server

Alright so I set up the server without hamachi, forwarded all ports and everything, and I can connect to it fine, but my friend can't. He says it's stuck as "Connecting". Heres what my realm config look like:

Population = "1.0"

and for the realmlist I was using test.game-server.cc and it worked fine for me, but my friend can't log on. Any ideas?

If you have another pc try logging on with that..If you can, it's your router. If not, it is harder to determine the problem. I would say double check EVERYTHING. Also did you forward the ports to the right ip address?
