Compiling MPQE.csproj in C# menu

    Compiling MPQE.csproj in C#

    According to the readme in the arcemu folder, do acquire the DBC files i need to compile MPQE.csproj in C#. When i try to do that there is no visible way that i see in order to change it from debug to release, which is says to do. Anyone know how to fix this, or even better, if you can get me a download link to the latest dbc files.
