    Pets on a different class!

    So I have this human rogue that I want to be my main Gm toon. But as a rogue I also want a cool pet that I made myself to have. I tried just learning tame beast and then taming it but it says "you cannot tame pets" or something like that. I tried learning summon imp and modding the imp but that never saved. Is there anything I can do to make my rogue have a pet like a hunter?
