LAN, GM commands and Outcasting

hey as the title say im open to being flamed as i know this has more than likely been asked but im a total n00b to priv servers and theres 4 things i would like very much to know.

im running the CMD based ARCemu that was put up as a guide on here.
so far its brill....for my self lol

i cant get the other 2 computers on our LAN network onto it. ive tried changing the realm listing and IP's all over the place still to no sucess.
so.
1. could some one tell me or link me to a compatable guide or instructions on how to make it work and what both partys have to do please?

the next is with some GM commands. i cant get the HP, Rage, Mana, Energy etc working. i keep getting a message after putting them in saying something like "needs to be (command) <value>
so.
2. can some one explain to me what i have to type exactly to do this please?

the 3rd is just for personal its not a HUGE prob but is it possible to play a horde as alliance or visa versa as in be a undead doing alli quests and living the alli life style? ive changed the faction but im still classed as horde in the rep section.

and finally ive heard abit about a GM island. is it real and if so how do i get to it.

i will be very grateful for any ones tender patients towards a server n00b. thanks for your time.

hey as the title say im open to being flamed as i know this has more than likely been asked but im a total n00b to priv servers and theres 4 things i would like very much to know.

The 'Command Line Based' ArcEmu is the only ArcEmu. There are no 'GUI' emulators for World of Warcraft.

i cant get the other 2 computers on our LAN network onto it. ive tried changing the realm listing and IP's all over the place still to no sucess.

1. could some one tell me or link me to a compatable guide or instructions on how to make it work and what both partys have to do please?

the next is with some GM commands. i cant get the HP, Rage, Mana, Energy etc working. i keep getting a message after putting them in saying something like "needs to be (command) <value>

2. can some one explain to me what i have to type exactly to do this please?
