Me and a couple of my friends want to make a pure pvp server, we want to make it to where you can get Exp. from pvping, but the Exp. from killing monsters lowered. Is there any ideas on how to get that to happen? +Rep for everybody that helps me out.(I'm not good with Codes, LUAs, Scripts, C++, or whatever it is but my friends are but they don't know how to do this.

Some Ideas:
Levels 1 to 10, you get 1500 Exp.
Levels 11 to 20, you get 3500 Exp.
Levels 21 to 30, you get 5500 Exp.
Levels 31 to 40, you get 7500 Exp.
Levels 41 to 50, you get 9500 Exp.
Levels 51 to 60, you get 11500 Exp.
Levels 61 to 70, you get 13500 Exp.
Levels 71 to 80, you get 15500 Exp.
Also, if possible, you get badges from killing players.
Levels 1 to 10 gets the Warsong Gulch Mark of Honor.
Levels 11 to 20 gets the Arathi Basin Mark of Honor.
Levels 21 to 30 gets the Alterac Valley Mark of Honor.
Levels 31 to 40 gets the Eye of the Storm Mark of Honor.
Levels 41 to 50 gets the Wintergrasp Mark of Honor.
Levels 51 to 60 gets the Strand of the Acients Mark of Honor.
Levels 61 to 70 gets the Badge of Justice.
Levels 71 to 79 gets the Emblem of Valor.
Level 80 gets the Emblem of Heroism (50% drop rate) and Stone Keeper's Shards (50% drop rate). (Random drop of each. Example: Either Emblem of Heroism drops or Stone Keeper's Shards drop.)
A helpful way to get gear for when they level to 60. :P (PvP Blue / Epic gear for level 58+.)
