Custom Sign/Banners?

Ive seen this on a bunch of other servers. I need to make some for my server like a big sign that says "Thalarin" <---- My custom City. I have NO idea where to even start. If i get some help i'd be like: zomg i haz help now, omfg haxz0rz. Or sumthing along that line.

Its a sign gameobject that shows the description (if I remember correctly, maybe the name)

If you actually wanted to design a custom model for a sign in some sort of Model Editing Program, you should probably be in the Model Editing Section:
Model Editing - MMOwned - World of Warcraft Exploits, Hacks, Bots and Guides
HOWEVER; I do not believe this is what you are looking for, rather, just a database object entry that will give you a sign.
Since I am on my Laptop at the moment and don't have WoW on here, I will quote you a guide found in our guides section, if you could have looked for it..

Whatever object spawn id you want, put it here. This is what will be used with '.go spawn ENTRYID'.

this is what the GO looks like, to find this, download WoW Model Viewer and Mywarcraftstudio(links at top)
and just go to WMV, go to world, then look for what you want it to look like, and go into MWS, and open
Patch-enUS.mpq then go to DBC files, find DBFilesClient\GameObjectDisplayInfo.dbc, and search for what the
name of your GO was, in the first row, the one called ID, thats your DISPLAYID to use. some might not be found
from WMV, and you can't use WMO's as far as i know.
^ Follow those instructions to get the display id of the sign you want to use, or find one in game and use '.go select' and then '.go info' and get the display id from there.

I pretty much removed everything the original guide poster said, but I edited in everything in Yellow for your usage.

Yes, make a new entry in gameobject_names and insert the information I just said.

That will just give me an object with a display-id pre made. I need to have a CUSTOm displayid... So that it says the name of my custom city :P

Then you need a model edit..and you need players to download it.
