Battleground Problem

Ok i have a problem where when i talk to battleground npc's and join the queue but i never get the message saying "you can now enter wsg", the timer just keeps ticking away.
I have searched and found a few posts that say change the battlemaster flag and the wsg flag to 0 etc etc ( Just to stop the replys saying dont be lazy,hit the search button :P ) but that hasn't fixed my problem, i have also changed the minimum players rqd in my world config files to 1.
I know i can do .battleground forcestart but i cant be online 24hrs so would love to get this fixed.

What im wondering is do i need to edit anything in like the battlegroundmgr.cpp file or anything????

Oh and im using latest revision from arcemu
