Extracting to sql

do any1 here know how to extract custom things that u have done on ur server to sql filses? ^^ becous my server is very unstable and i found a new one that is mutch more stable but i dont want to lose all my work :P ^^

Well I use Navicat, and what you can do with that is right click the thing you want to save, say it is 'creature_proto', right click creature_proto and choose DumpSQL and then save it to a folder of your choice. Then when new server up jus Execute it back into DB
